下呂温泉 (Gero Onsen)
The Gero Onsen in Gero, Gifu is one of Japan’s top three hot springs. It is located in the center of the archipelago and is surrounded by the over 1,000 meter-high Hida mountain range. The area has a more than 1,000-year history as an old hot spring resort and is renowned for its therapeutic baths.
