月岡カリヨンパーク (Tsukioka Carillon Park) The Tsukioka Carillon Park in Niigata-shi, Niigata is a multi-purpose park located next to Tsukioka Hot Springs. Visitors can enjoy hearing the chimes from the Carillon Tower as well as take their children to play in the park’s children’s area. The Carillon Culture Hall inside the park exhibits swords created by National Living Treasure Akitsugu Amata.
