油すまし (Oil Presser)
Abura-sumashi is a creature from the folklore of Amakusa in Kumamoto Prefecture. It is a spirit of a human who stole oil and it is believed that it surprises people on the Kusazumigoe Mountain Pass. In modern media, it is depicted as a squat creature with a straw-coat covered body and a potato-like or stony head.
